Security Officer/ Training (Ex-Army) |
Graduate degree (any discipline), especially for officer-level posts, for training officer roles, additional security/management certifications are valued, Ex-Servicemen (Army, Navy, Air Force, CAPF, Police) are highly preferred, Experience in security operations, training, supervision, or administration during service is considered equivalent qualification, PSARA-compliant Security Training Certificate (mandatory if training private security guards under the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, India), Fire & Safety, First Aid, Disaster Management, Industrial Security – add strong weight, Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CCTV monitoring software, etc.) is increasingly required |
